We are currently looking for skilled operators at Pauder & People for a long-term assignment with one of our most attractive client companies in Laholm. About the position As a CNC operator with our client, you will work with the processing of advanced materials. The role involves everything from machine setup and operation to ongoing quality control. This is not just about mass production, but about precision and understanding the unique properties of the material. You will become part of a close-knit team where technical development and high safety standards are in focus.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work and enjoys being responsible for their part of the production chain. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and work well both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with CNC-controlled machines: You are comfortable navigating control systems and understand the logic of the machine.
• Is technically skilled: You have good experience in reading blueprints and mastering measuring techniques to ensure that every detail meets the highest quality standards.
• Has the right attitude: You are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths.
• Requirements: B driver's license and access to a car.
